*Porthole windows that open have brackets (usually at about 4 and 8 on the clockface) to hold the glass at an angle when the window is open.  Often bungs will fit into the frame without cutouts but if your frame is shallow then you may wish to have cutouts.  Please see info below regarding measuring.
 
How to measure for Round Porthole Bungs
 
Bungs are made in standard sizes to fit the majority of porthole windows.  If yours are different to the options given please order the nearest size and add a note into the "Options" box.  Measure your window from edge to edge of the wooden trim on the inside (see last picture).  The bung is designed to fit snugly in the gap to prevent draughts.  If you require cutouts please provide a basic diagram to show the position of the brackets.
