A porthole bung is a circular piece of firm foam that is covered in a fabric of your choice on the front, and has a waterproof faux leather backing along with a zip closure to allow you to remove the cover for cleaning if necessary.  It sits within your porthole liner providing privacy, insulation and blackout qualities.  The air gap produced by a well fitting bung will also help reduce condensation on the glass in cooler months.
