When will I receive my order?
All our items are made to order, we do not hold stock, and as space is limited on the boat it may be necessary to order components from outside companies to complete your order. Therefore it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete your order. You will be advised of any delays as soon s they arise.

Can you deliver to a c/o address, a friend or relative, or to a local Post Office?
Yes, we totally understand the logistics involved with being a continuous cruiser and therefore will make it as simply as possible to deliver your parcel. This may be by Royal Mail or by Evri

Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. We offer various delivery methods for all orders

How do I pay?
We offer both Paypal and Card payments via our website. We are unable to accept cash on delivery as all items must be paid for in full before your order is started.

If I order multiple items will they be delivered together?
Where at all possible we will deliver your entire order in 1 delivery. If there is a significant delay in your chosen fabric, for example, you will be advised of any delay as soon as possible and given the option to receive a part order.

Can you make items from fabric that I supply?
It its possible for a customer's own fabric to be used to make up porthole bungs and blinds. Please contact us before placing a custom order, to ensure the suitability of the fabric. Costs are shown on the "Customer Fabric" listing

Are your fabrics fire retardant?
All details including the fibre content, cleaning instructions, fire retardant properties, can be found on the individual listings for each fabric.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product they purchase is suitable for their intended use.
All fabrics comply with BS and further details can be obtained on request.
